BH Management Services (doing business as Live BH) is a national multifamily real estate platform built to push the boundaries of what property management can be. Since its founding in 1993 by Harry Bookey, BH has evolved from a modest portfolio into one of the country’s top property management firms.
In early 2024, BH was acquired by Pretium, integrating BH’s operations into a broader residential investment ecosystem while preserving BH’s brand, culture, and leadership. Today, BH manages approximately 114,000 homes across ~370 communities in 31 states, spanning multifamily, student housing, and build-to-rent sectors.
