Novare has plenty of public transportation to choose from. There are two SkyTrain stations conveniently located within the immediate area—the Columbia Station is a half-block, 3-minute walk to the east; the New Westminster Station is a 5-minute walk to the west. The SkyTrain travel time to Downtown Vancouver’s Waterfront Station is only 25 minutes. Major bus routes run along Sixth Street, Columbia Street, Royal Avenue, and Eighth Street. Novare is close to the main shopping area in downtown where you’ll find numerous restaurants, coffee shops and shopping malls, as well as schools, medical clinics, and pharmacies. Notable highlights of the area include Douglas College, the Anvil Centre, the Law Courts, City Hall and the waterfront Westminster Pier Park.

Novare offers stylish new studio, one-and two-bedroom apartments, as well as three-bedroom townhouse units up to 1,282 sq. ft. The apartments feature an appliance package that includes a Whirlpool fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, plus in-suite washer and dryer for your convenience. 
 
Our perks
Residents can enjoy the perks of an amenity room on the 6th level with various patio areas and a landscaped rooftop deck. A fitness facility is located on the 2nd floor and the underground parkade provides parking for residents and visitors, and also offers bicycle storage stalls for an additional fee.
